For Regency Jackets, you can choose from the following galleries:
- Suitings (all types)
- Faux Suedes
- Brocades
- Corduroys
- Silk Brocades.
However, for faux suedes, brocades, silk brocades, and some corduroys (which have no give at all), you’ll want to choose a coordinating Suiting, which will be used as contrast panels and sleeves to give you full mobility. You can see what this looks like in the black and grey brocade jacket in the product photos.
Sizing
Regency jackets look best when worn quite fitted through the bust and rib cage, with only 1-2 inches of ease at most. If you’d like yours to be made to fit more tightly or loosely, please make a note of it during your order.
Sleeves are meant to be somewhat snug at the wrist and can be worn pushed up. If your arms are very long or very short, or if you want a particular length, please make a note of this as well. The bicep area of the sleeve has quite a bit of room as the sleeves are gathered to the shoulder, but if you’re at all concerned about it, include your arm circumference measurement in the order (in the “Notes” box) and we’ll make sure you have enough room.
